Conditions of registration: 

Your registration can only be done following the reading of these conditions, it also means your registration as temporary member of the association Inzane France during the event and therefore the reading of the statutes of the latter visible here:

 Your access to the inscriptions at the bottom of this page validates your acceptance of these two elements.

 

1 °) Who can register:

 - All Honda Valkyrie owners (F6C, Valkyrie 1500 standard, Valkyrie 1500 Tourer, Valkyrie 1500 Interstate, Goldwing 1800 F6C, Valkyrie Goldwing 1800, Valkyrie 18000 Rune, or the trike or side-car versions of these motorcycles).

 - All members of the Valkyrie Rider Cruiser Club regardless of the vehicle used can participate. (While reminding his brave members that it is better to come with their Honda F6C or Valkyrie if they still have it).

 

Please note: Each person must complete the registration form at the bottom of this page.

This is not a registration per motorcycle but per person present.

 

2 °) Prerequisites:

 - Those present undertake to respect the behavioral rules of the V.R.C.C., not to use or divert for commercial purposes the logos or other objects made by the VRCC and not to support those who would attempt to do so.

 - Those present commit themselves to come in the event, equipped with all parts allowing the driving on open road of their vehicle (Driving license, Insurance,  Gray card .etc ..)

 - Those present commit themselves to respect the rules of the road and to have a calm and so-called "good father" behavior throughout the duration of the event. Any abnormal behavior during the course will be immediately sanctioned, by the exclusion of the driver concerned.

- The present commit, for themselves and their insurance, not to (in the event of an accident or any other road problem) incriminate the organizers of this event, nor to use against them the justice - Considering that all the road courses are carried out under their own responsibility.

 

Any abnormal behavior during the course or the event may result in the exclusion of the person concerned without any possible compensation.

 

3 °) Terms of payment:

From today to December 31, payment of the sum of 100 euros per person must be made by bank transfer to the association's account within the week following your registration, it is essential to validate your registration and reserve your place.

From January 1, the entire event must be paid within the week following your registration until April 15, 2025.

- People who have not respected these payment rules (without informing the organizers) will be automatically removed from the list of those present on April 15, 2025).

- In the event of cancellation: Until December 31, 2024, the refund will be complete. From January 1 to April 15, 2025, reimbursement can only be partial and dependent on the amounts already paid by the association to the providers of the stay. After April 15, any cancellation results in non-refund of your reservation. 

 

 

In the event of absence, the objects and gadgets offered during the event will not be payable.

Inzane France

 

The prices (excluding drinks and supplements) are:

 

1°)  For a couple or two people sharing the same room: 582 euros. (i.e. 291 euros per person)

2°) A single person (solo room): 414 euros.

-

3°) Without accommodation: 150 Euros     New

 (If you have your own accommodation: camper van - tent - apartment..etc.) 

 

Only payment for the event allows you to reserve your place (not the order of registration)

  

These rates include gifts, rooms, 3 breakfasts, 3 evening meals and lunch on Saturday May 11, 2024 for rates 1 and 2.

Price number 3 corresponds to gifts plus 3 evening meals and the Saturday lunch.

 The list of registrants and payments will be updated gradually by Sophie, our treasurer.
